In her role, Camilla is involved in the origination and execution of M&A transactions, undertaking financial analysis, industry and company research, valuation modelling, preparation of client pitches and transaction materials, and supporting due diligence processes. She works closely with senior colleagues and external stakeholders to support clients through all stages of the transaction lifecycle.
Prior to joining Lincoln International, Camilla worked at PwC in their Corporate Finance team where she provided strategic and financial advice to private sector clients in the Real Estate sector. While at PwC she trained as a Chartered Accountant, completing the ICAEW qualification, passing all 15 exams first time, averaging 81% and winning PwC prizes for top scores in BPT and TC exams. Prior to that Camilla was on rotation in PwC’s Value Creation and Realisation, Deals team where she implemented operational and strategic initiatives to deliver cost-based transformations and value creation programmes for a range of clients across sectors.
Camilla graduated from Durham University in 2021 with a 2:1 in Economics and Spanish. Spending her third year abroad in Madrid, she undertook two 3.5 month work placements in Valuations at Savills Aguirre Newman and Business Finance at Herbert Smith Freehills respectively. Whilst at Durham she was a dedicated lacrosse player and captained the University 2nd team to win the BUCS Championships.
