Camilla is a founding partner at Gara Strategic Advisory, where she supports private companies in preparing for life as listed entities, helping to establish the foundations for successful IPOs and other corporate transactions.
Prior to this, she held senior positions at Rothschild & Co, Credit Suisse, UBS, and SBC Warburg, advising clients across a wide range of strategic and transactional mandates. Earlier in her career, she worked in fintech at Marketpipe, a SaaS business now owned by S&P Global.
In addition to her executive work, Camilla has significant experience as a non-executive director. She currently serves on the boards of Glenveagh Plc, Lincoln College, Oxford (her alma mater), and Cheam School. From 1998 to 2007, she was also a governor at Downe House School.
She holds an MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford, as well as a certificate in Sustainable Finance from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL), University of Cambridge.
