We welcomed three parents, Nick Manning, Richard Ainscough and Adam Gross, who are all based in the north of England. They spoke to a group of pupils about industries such as manufacturing, property development and finance. Our speakers highlighted businesses in Manchester such as Kellogg’s, Adidas and Siemens and explained why Manchester is perceived as the capital of the north of England and a thriving place for businesses.
