Mrs McKendrick, Mr Godfrey, Ms Litvack and Ms Aubrey were delighted to share the afternoon with our alumnae, some of whom were returning to the school for the first time since they left six decades ago.
The day began with a special exhibition of highlights from our Archives, sparking memories and conversations. Among the treasures on display, guests rediscovered long-forgotten photographs of themselves and their friends, as well as award-winning cover designs and poetry, featured in past editions of the School Magazine.
Our current Seniors – Jemima, Pollyanna, and Charlotte – then led tours around the school, guiding guests through familiar places that once shaped their teenage years.
There was laughter, reflection, and a sense of connection as stories were shared – about what has changed, and what has remained beautifully the same, especially our values and enduring school ethos.
The afternoon ended on a high note with a delicious tea prepared by our wonderful Catering team.
To our remarkable Class of 1965, thank you for coming home. We can’t wait to welcome you back again soon!
