The Downe House campus is set on a beautiful 110-acre estate, overlooking the historic Berkshire Downs, with tranquil woodland wrapping around the vibrant hub of the school.
The Woodland Walk creates new opportunities for the school community: a space to inspire creativity through art and writing, to enjoy wellbeing walks and to extend learning beyond the classroom - with our Biology and Geography departments already making full use of the trail. Above all, it offers a place to pause, reflect, and appreciate the quiet beauty of the natural surroundings.
The trail was officially opened by parent Mr Simon Bakewell, whose generosity made the project possible.
